Mailing Charges
UK : Standard 2-3 day delivery
GB Mainland orders over £79.00 will be dispatched free of charge,
(Subject to the weight of the total order being under 5kg).
For orders under £79.00 a p&p charge of £5.99 will be added.
For orders with a total weight of over 5kg an extra p&p charge will be added.
GB customers can also request next day delivery if your order is received before 10.00am. This option is available on request at time of purchase.
Please note that during busy periods orders may take an extra day to process.
Europe & the Rest of the world
Shipping will be agreed at time of purchase.
Should you wish to cancel an order that you have made an administration fee will be charged. (see restocking charges)
Delivery Information
Most GB mainland orders over the value of £79.00 will be shipped free of charge. For orders under this amount there will be a postage and packing charge of £5.99.
Please note that orders to Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man and Northern Scotland now count as International orders so additional postage charges may apply.
Unless specified, all GB Mainland orders are sent on a 2-3 day standard service or first class post for smaller items. Please note that during busy periods orders may take an extra day to process.
GB mainland customers can request us to send a parcel on a next day delivery service (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holiday delivery) for £7.99. Please order before 10.00am otherwise your parcel may be dispatched on the following day.
Parcels are only dispatched on weekdays so if you order an item on next day delivery on Friday before 10.00am then it will not be delivered until Monday. Occasionally due to carriage delays or stock shortages parcels may take an extra day to be delivered. Where there will be a lengthy delay in dispatching your order due to stock shortages then you will be informed by e-mail.
This service is unavailable for orders from Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Republic or Ireland, the Channel Islands and all other International Orders.
Orders over 5kg in weight may require an extra postage charge, if this is the case you will be informed of this via e-mail.
Customers placing orders from certain Scottish Post Codes such as those beginning IV and AB should allow an extra day for delivery, on both the 48 and next day services.
We deliver Monday to Friday between 9.00am to 6.00pm and should post a card through the door if there is no one to sign for the parcel. We WILL NOT leave the parcel in a garage or in the porch as the parcel must be signed for. However we will deliver to next-door neighbors if you indicate that you wish this to happen using the special delivery instructions box when placing your order.
If there is no one there to accept delivery, we will automatically try again the following day before returning the parcel to your local depot where you will have 3 weeks to collect the parcel before it's returned to us. If you fail to collect the parcel and want it to be sent out again then you will have to pay the additional carriage charge for the parcel to be sent.
If you supply an incorrect postal code or incomplete address then there maybe a delay in dispatching your parcel or delivery of your parcel may not be possible. It is not the responsibility of united sports to ensure that the address is correct and we accept no responsibility for the loss or delay in delivery of your parcel if the address that you supplied is incorrect or incomplete.
International Delivery
Delivery times vary from country to country. To find the delivery time for your country, add the items you wish to order into your shopping basket, then select the country you wish to be ship to. The website will then tell you how long it will take for your order to be delivered as well as the amount shipping will cost. If you live in a non-EU country then the English VAT will also be removed.
Certain heavy items such as tennis posts, ball machines and large quantities of tennis balls are unavailable for international orders.
Pricing
United sports reserve the right to change prices or specifications when necessary without prior notification. All prices are inclusive of VAT. Children’s garments are VAT zero rated except for some of the larger sizes, which are standard rate.
General
All items featured on this website are subject to availability. Please ensure that items ordered are suitable for your needs before processing in any way. Garments must be checked for suitability before decorating in any way. United Sports Ltd must be notified within 3 days of dispatch of any shortage, damage or non-delivery.

United Sports Returns Policy
Products must be returned to us within 28 days of purchase.
Please enclose a COPY OF THE INVOICE and a covering letter explaining what the problem is and whether you would like a refund or a replacement. A copy of the e-mail confirmation is not sufficient and does not count as a proof of purchase. If you do not include all of the necessary paperwork then the refund or replacement of your goods maybe delayed or not be completed.
We will only refund the postage back to you if we have made a mistake, ie sent out the incorrect size and will not refund the postage if we have sent out what you have ordered.
Cricket Bats
If you have cause to return a cricket bat to us we will only refund or replace if it has not been used or marked in any way.
Rackets
If you have cause to return a racket to us, we will only refund or replace the racket if it HAS NOT BEEN USED IN ANYWAY. There must be no ball fluff or wear to the strings, no chips or scratches to the paintwork and the plastic must be still around the handle.
Shoes/ Football Boots
We will only be able to refund or replace shoes if they have not been played in, used outside or have any other mark caused by the customer. Shoes should be tried on before throwing the box away as we will require the box if you would like a refund or a replacement.
Clothing
We will only be able to refund or replace clothing if the item has not been worn (this does not include trying on for size), washed or had the label removed. Clothes should also be put back into the packaging before returning them to us. Once again, please include all of the necessary paperwork with your goods when you return them back to us.
Re-stocking charge
All items that are unsuitable or ordered in error are subject to a 10% re-stocking charge.
Faulty items
We will only replace faulty items, if they have been proven faulty once inspected by its manufacturer. All goods have to be returned to United Sports Ltd where they will be sent back to their respective company. Please note that this can take up to 2 weeks in busy time.
Returning items to us
United Sports recommends that you send all items back to us via some form of recorded delivery so that we have to sign for it. This means that if your parcel is lost in the post then you will be able to claim from the carrier who posted your parcel for the goods that were lost. If you return your parcel via a form of delivery that is not guaranteed then united sports will accept no responsibility if the parcel is lost or damaged.
If you believe that you have been sent the incorrect item, please contact us on 020 8550 4342 before sending the goods back to us so that we can authorize the refund of your postage. The internet department must agree to credit your postage and not any member of the mail order sales staff as the two departments are separate. If we agree to credit your postage, you will also need to enclose a receipt for your postage so that we can refund you, failure to produce a valid receipt for the postage may result in us not refunding the full amount to you. If you do not call to have your postage refund authorized then the postage charge may not be credited.
